Unfortunately, Virus Total detects viruses in the executable file (index 5/61).

The key works as it should, if there is an error you must be entering it wrong, so copy/paste using Ctrl + V
    See image : https://proxysnatcher.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/works.png

There is no virus just false positive.

    [ @Ashraf] you claim:
“Let’s be honest. In the modern digital landscape, if you’re not using proxies, you’re either missing out on serious functionality or compromising your security.”

Proxies DON NOT PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITY and PROXIES DO NOT ENSURE ENHANCED SECURITY. In fact most proxies reduce functionality like preventing hosting of any server via a proxy, being forced to share a common public IP number with an unknown number of people causing some service to not function at all because of too many attempts from the same IP address also the proxy can be used for man in the middle attacks and keeping track of every web transaction you do. You also fail to mention VPN’s a preferred and much more secure system to obscure your location. Properly configured proxies forward your real IP to the connected server, the ones that don’t are technically broken but they are used/abused to emulate the functionality of a VPN to hide your geo-ip location. But when you start with the phrase “Let’s be honest.” at least pretend to be honest if you cannot be! I can’t see you or the vendors description specifying what TYPE of proxies you are even talking about, http, https, socks4 or socks5… in case you do not know there are significant differences in the purposes and capabilities of each type.

This giveaway is for the https proxy edition which is the second worst edition… http with no https connectivity is the worst… really for best functionality we would want the Elite edition that supports Sock5 which is the best option. The biggest risk here is no one knows who owns the proxies found by this service or what their motives are for running open access proxies of any sort. NEVER DO ANY private work over these proxies never submit login credentials or access webmails or do internet banking and so on… do not submit any personal information you want kept private as there are not even privacy policies displayed with these proxies… just as in the dark web the world of anonymous proxies, which is what this is. is the wild west no rule of laws or data protection or regulation or even service agreement covers any of the proxies suggested by this program. Use at your own risk.

[@John] you have to enter the “sossnatch” key each and every time you open the software it does NOT store your license activation anywhere. and the activated UI has a link on it that says “GET THE FULL VERSION HERE which invites you to so called pay whatever you want offers which is a lie as if you want to pay $0.01 you cannot or if you want to pay $0 you cannot there is a minimum amount depending upon which edition you choose. SO FAR no list of proxies have appeared under windows 10 or on my Vista server with the Proxysnatcherfree.exe.config file tweaked to use .NET 4.62 instead of the default .NET 4.7.2 BTW just for accuracies sake this program as supplied is designed to work on Windows 7 and above not just Windows 10/11 as claimed on this site. Don’t fall for the ipviper scam site either that is linked to from the snake head icon there is NO FREE LITE trial download as it claims the download link is password protected but there is no way of obtaining the alleged password, that site uses the say pay what you want scam to get your payment details. I’d be VERY CAREFUL using your paypal account with them as they could request continuos payment authority without telling you.

[ @Ashraf] Installed it – unlocked it with the giveaway code, ran it, it came up with a list of ALL false/false/false, so not much use. Deleted those entries (to see if I had missed any good IPs), no.
