Virustotal picks up malware
Ugh had to make it difficult to install….. I wish I could use the regular version directly from the products official site no problems with that one.
Several attempts at installing on a Win 7 64-bit computer all failed with the same error message – ‘Error at hooking API “LdrFindResource_U”. ‘ I also get a message stating that the Activation Client has stopped working.
I didn’t notice any responses here from this software developer, they often respond here to issues raised by people who’ve downloaded SOS deals.
BTW, please can we download software the old way again, the new installer is very buggy and a pain. As an end user there is no advantage whatsoever in having to use it, though I understand that there are numerous reasons why SOS want to use it, none of which help the end user. That together with the social media user page after clicking on ‘Yes, I want this’ is putting me off what has been a good site for introducing new software to me.
Activation as Paid version fails.
What to do???Am I in the wrong place here? I see several posts above that are several days old reporting that the SoS licensing key doesn’t work. Mine won’t work that I got at 08:00 this morning???
Does anyone know what’s happening?Can I use the Serial key on more pc’s? Cause I have 2… and I used the key on the non-gaming one. Please let me know
BTW it works fine on Windows 10 :)
