Links not working. :-(
1) The download link just opens a new page with no download links. No way to download.

Registered but there is no way to upgrade to lifetime or check our account as indicated in the registration instruction.
It says “invalid coupon” for “LIFETIME-SOS20”

As mentioned, you need to select the REDEMPTION CODE tab, not enter the COUPON, the REDEMPTION CODE is NOT a coupon, then you can just continue without giving any credit card details.

I am wondering why so many are having issues. I too selected “Redemption Code” NOT coupon, then pop-up updated, placed in code and voila..Lifetime account.

Do not use the translator. To work the browser must be in english language. In the plan type tab put to life. After that, click on the rescue code. Open the new window. Enter the code you entered and it will activate.
Didn’t Work Perfectly, for me! Followed Directions Exactly and it keeps wanting me to put in Card Info; NOT DOIN THAT!
