Installed and activated without issue, but after opening the software, I am unable to select my scanner. I have multiple scanning devices, and they all show in the “Select Scanner” dropbox, but when I select any of them, the dropdown box still shows “Select Scanner,” and I am unable to go any further. Suggestions?
The “Select Scanner” is not a drop-box, it is a button. When you click the button the list of scanners appears. Select your scanner and it will be set as default scanner.
Downloaded and installed ScanPapyrus with no problem, but when I tried to scan, I got an error message:
“A necessary file is missing or corrupt. Please reinstall the software or scan your hard drive for problems.” The extended error is: 4,[(0,0,0),(3,55,0)].
I’ve uninstalled the software, downloaded it again from SOS site, and my HDD does not show any problems. What should I do now?Can you send the screenshot of the error to [email protected] ?

Вот что в данный момент.Ситуация без изменений.
Тест Shadow DefenderА также чистая установка на Windows 7×64.
На всякий случай перед этим перекачал файл SOS hub заново.
Контрольные суммы сошлись с утренним полученным файлом установщика.
Результат активации без изменений.
7х32 – Активирована.
7х64 – Не активированна.
Естественно устанавливал по очереди на живые системы.
Не первый день занимаюсь тестами.

Или ASHRAF умудрился разделить установщики на 2а файла х64 и х32?

The interface of ScanPapyrus is attractive and the automated mode works fine for me when scanning a book, one of few useful and well designed products. The giveaway is a slimed down version with some features disabled, where I unfortunately find the full version too expensive for my pocket. Many features of ScanPapyrus rely on GNU licensed software where these should be credited, and the price for the full program on this background perhaps moderated. Otherwise a fine piece of work.
Having the same problem – showing up unregistered on Win 10×64. Something’s not right with the installer.

Try to install in admin mode.

3 hours before the sale is over…downloaded and it asks for a registration name and serial number before I can run it, despite the fact you said that registration is automatic. Thanks for any advice.
I also have registration problems. I instaled in 3 diferent PC with Win 7 and Win 10 with the SOS download and keep saying Licensed to: Unregistered copy – Expires: ma. 8. nov.
How Can I go around this problem?Why remove the comments on the inactivity function “Print”. Why is this button is grayed out? It is logical to send a print job from the program, but first I have to save and then print.
