    The description above says:
    ‘Finally it can open any PDF or DjVu file and extract all its pages as images. You can edit the extracted images and save them to a PDF file’
    But this giveaway version does NOT support this.
    If I’d have known, I wouldn’t have wasted my time downloading it – as that’s what I needed it for!

    One issue that has irritated me to the point of not recommending this program is that it has to be maximized to see the bottom status bar area. If I take the application out of maximized so that I should be able to resize the window and then be able to see another portion of the desktop in the background, the application does not allow me to shrink the window, but the bottom status bar area is hidden below the task bar area.

    Despite what the email says about automatic registration, when I check using Information / About, it says it is Unregistered and will expire on 6 Nov.

    Try to uninstall and install again. Use the link by SoS not from the software-site.

    1. Is this an OCR program, or just a scanning program that you would then import the saved .tiff file into an OCR program?

    2. Is the auto scan mode part of the giveaway

    3. “removing the black stripes produced by the scanner when its lid isn’t fully closed” – does this have to be done manually one page at a time or is it get automated

    1. No, it is non-OCR program. Scanning, enhancement and exporting to much file formats.
    2. The auto-scan mode is available, yes.
    3. It is part of automatic processing.

    Помогите решить проблемму!
    Windows 7×32 – программа устанавливается активированной.Всё нормально.
    Windows 7×64 – программа устанавливается не активированной.
    использован установщик SOS Hub с данной акции.Вы же не меняли этот файл несколько раз?
    Вы уверены ,что SOS Hub собран нормально и у него нет проблемм с x64 ОС?
    Может нужен другой путь установки,или ещё какие нибудь особенности?
    Правая кнопка мыши – от администратора – это для меня уже давно привычка.
    Спасибо.

    Installed and activated without issue, but after opening the software, I am unable to select my scanner. I have multiple scanning devices, and they all show in the “Select Scanner” dropbox, but when I select any of them, the dropdown box still shows “Select Scanner,” and I am unable to go any further. Suggestions?

    The activation is OS-independent.

    Downloaded and installed ScanPapyrus with no problem, but when I tried to scan, I got an error message:
    “A necessary file is missing or corrupt. Please reinstall the software or scan your hard drive for problems.” The extended error is: 4,[(0,0,0),(3,55,0)].

    I’ve uninstalled the software, downloaded it again from SOS site, and my HDD does not show any problems. What should I do now?
