Try to use a different email provider. That’s what I usually do when I encounter this problem.Add me to the list of people who did NOT get the email with the key!!
I switched to using my Hotmail account instead of my Gmail and I got the key!
Never got the reg. key!!!
[@Mr.Dave] Over 30 hours and no reply from Englemann, no registration key so no way to run program. They don’t seem to care about their customers. One more day and the giveaway ends.
[@consuella] Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll try that tomorrow. What did Englemann do to get on Gmail’s black list?
Is there a way to request the registration key prior to installation? I don’t want to waste my time if the key is not sent to me.

I did not want to stay on a negative opinion.
So I downloaded the software, and luckily I received the license key immediately.
But …….. impossible to launch the software, systematic error for a stack story …
So, I forget this software some time. I take it back today, before uninstalling it! Miracle, it works …. Was he scared? ….
Well, after several tests, I think the software does not do better than the result I get with Photoshop. But, it is a correct software for those who are not expert or who do not want to buy or invest in a more complex software.[@Mr.Dave] Ok, it’s been a LONG time since my first request for the registration code. I requested a new code today, about a 45 minutes ago (gmail). Nothing received from Engelmann, spam folder is empty. No explanation given here at this site saying they’re overwhelmed by the response, or having server issues keep trying, or “we’re out on our 6-week holiday, will take care of business when we return.”. I even tried requesting the license be sent to a different email address as someone suggested (yahoo mail). No luck. I’m adding them to my list of companies to avoid. They got my e-mail address for nothing in return. That’s all they’ll get from me. Uninstalling, not looking back.
[@Mr.Dave] Just for grins I checked again for any e-mail from Englemann or other name related to Simply Good Pictures. Two days after I tried again to request the registration key. Nothing in either of the the accounts I used (Yahoo and Gmail), and nothing in the spam folders of these accounts. Why run a giveaway if you can’t support it, and don’t offer any explanation to your prospective customers. I used to be one, not any more. Thanks for trying, SOS! This might be a good program but they don’t want me to find out.

Can’t Reg soft. It’s a fake soft. They don’t want give you a free version. Everytimes the server answer Fehler 500
Request and its behaviors do not have a method or closure named “findByAttributesForUpdate”. And they say on the email: “Unfortunately we made a mistake in the software and the registration link was wrong.
We ask you to register again using the following link:

We apologize for this inconvenience.”
But with the soft or this link NEVER work.Thank you very much.
