Sorry but it is problem with subscription.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe this giveaway is for only 10 slides and not 10,000 slide. Or put another way, you only get to choose and download 10 slide out of the 10,000. If you want more, you have to pay for them!?!
Yes your understanding is correct. 10 downloads are free. For more you need to buy subscription or just add to cart
The access isn´t complete. It´s limitade until 2020/January.
This NOT a 1-computer lifetime license, for commercial or non-commercial use. It is a 1-year license that is limited to 10 downloads… You have the knack of disappointing sometimes with these offers.
There is no “dashboard” that I can find, only “My Membership, Download History, Edit You Profile and Log out” on the small head and shoulders icon.
Also, this is an in-browser thing, not a software download, quite useless really what with it being limited and all…

I have the same problem as the other people who purchased this program. The expiration date does not say none, it says “January 16th,2020.” So the registration is not complete!
I can’t see where this is useful at all with only 10 templates that you can’t use in your own software.
[@Sandeep K] All the subscriptions are valid for 6 months. You can download upto 10 templates witu the validity upto 6 months.
I have been attempting this registration/download. I followed your directions, entered my info on their page to register, entered the promo code, and submitted. The page then had an overlay that said “Please Wait” which sat there interminably. I tried two or three times with the same result. I never received an email to confirm my email address either.
The LP after entering your email says the following:

The account will expire after 6 months, and you only get 10 download credits.
