I have registered, but didn’t received the 6 month subscription. My account is showing.. (expiring on Tuesday, June 14, 2016). I’m new user.. And the smartvpn is not active too..
My account is also showing expiring on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. Where and when do I get the 6 mionth licence ??
Where/what is this company? I found a website that could barely speak English, but no legitimate reviews or news; there is no reference to it on CNET.com or any reference on download.com. Anyone (not connected to the company) know?
I’ve spent 2 hours trying to get both the VPN and DNS to work, following the instructions on the website, neither are working yet. I’ve configured and used several VPNs and DNS softwares previously without any problems. The support pages state that it is hard to configure using OpenVPN, as I already use OpenVPN I didn’t think there would be a problem. Wrong! They didn’t point out that Open VPN doesn’t work with more than 50 .opvn config files when they supply you with 73 in the UDP-53 folder. OK, so I deleted 30 of them, it still didn’t work. That is after they recommend that you use the UDP files rather than the other options.
I followed the website instructions to change the DNS settings in Windows control panel, restarted the computer as asked to…..that was 20 mins of my life wasted. If I decide later on today to waste some more of my life I’ll give it another go, if I decide life has better things to do, highly probable, I won’t bother with this product which so far has had me going round and round in circles, predictably getting nowhere.

I did get the 6 month license though.
I got a subscription for 6 months of smartdns. But smartvpn not active. So, without vpn it’s useless to me. If I need a encrypted dns I can use dnscrypt and it’s free.

I enabled Smart DNS Proxy which is active until June 14, 2016 but I can not activate the SmartVPN because it says I should enable the Smart DNS Proxy service but this is already active :(
Yes, I received trial period to “Sunday, November 27, 2016”. As other people says, 100% discount should not include “Trial” one.
