I have followed the instructions to a “T”. Upon launching program I first get a “streamfab news” screen that I close and then the app window that just says “accessing server information…” App does not open. I have Windows Defender installed and nothing is blocked. Please help!
Could be a useful app but the stupid Chinese web site you need to go to for the actual app serial number refuses to let me register with them. Is this just an attempt at ripping off email addresses for spammers?

Can´t install
In my first try to install, setup abort at 0%. I had unchecked all boxes except the obligatory one. Then I tried to install again, this time I didn’t unchecked any box, then the installation goes right and finish.
Can’t instal… :(
Seemed to Authorize once installed ok.
Menu > License info shows authorized and expires in 1 yr as advertised.
But no mention of “PRO” in the name of the app anywhere.
On the other hand, there’s also no mention of “FREE” either.
According to the SWoS instructions:
“Once authorization has been successful, the StreamFab YouTube Downloader Pro tool will be updated and it will no longer display as “Free Version”. ” – it never displayed as “Free Version”.
and
“Instead, it will display the registration expiry date.” – if “it” means License info, it does now display the expiry date>
then
“Click the StreamFab YouTube Downloader Pro option to launch it. ” – I don’t see this option.
It seems to be already launched at this point.How can I determine if I have FREE (I assume limited in some way) or “PRO”?

(previous reply didn’t seem to show up on forum so trying again by ‘reply’ing to my original post…)The link in the SWoS Description shows if you have a licence for “YouTube to MP3” AS WELL AS “Youtube Downloader” then you have the PRO version, so I guess problem solved.
