Tell me, please, this program downloads a video by link that picks up?
Or picks up the video stream?If picks up link, then I find it easier to use “FlashGet”

I downloaded the trial installer and installed the program, but the program does not open though so i can’t redeem the code, it opens in my task manager and i can see it in the bottom right of the screen http://imgur.com/UJ8H1Rp but it wont open a ui. Is there any way to fix this because i would really like this piece of software

The program does not run on my (Win7 64bit) computer. It just takes me to the Tenorshare website when I try to run it.
Program takes constantly 48 to 5O percent from processor but did never open anything.
Windows 7 prof 32 bitDon’t see where to register the program. Opened all drop down menu’s in upper right corner and no ‘register’ option as shown in help file or suggested in registration instructions. How do I register this?

The dropdown menu has no option to enter the registration code as is described in the install instructions:

The preference for update keep changing to everyday even we choose never update every time we start the progrom. Fix?
