failed install. my pc is windows 7- 32 bit
Works for win 10 64bit
Make sure you enter the activation info typed! not copy and paste.I installed it and tried it on many older and newer videos. It could not find any transcripts. It put up a message that auto-generated transcripts could not be downloaded. Useless software. Removed.
The downloaded file is only for 64-bit system; maybe the description of the system requirements is wrong, or the 32-bit version was forgotten?
