Why do we have now, at the launch of the downloader, the automatic installation of ShareWareOnsale Notifier ???
It is a not very honest process. I systematically and definitely refuse this notification software.
Please delete this function.

This really concerns me. In the past, this was optional and you could just say no. If this has changed, it’s really bad. Waiting for a response before downloading this.

I just went to download the TwistedBrush software, first screen ask if I want to download>yes, second screen shows downloading> next screen asks if I want to save the Sharewareonsale Notifier> no> next screen I click install software.
Where is Shareware notifier being automatic?I have tried copying and pasting the key, but every way I try, I get:
“The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again.”

For some ‘twisted’ reason, the program needs the Window DirectPlay feature turned on. When you start up the program it offers to ‘install’ it. If you don’t it warns that some features won’t work. The feature that doesn’t work is the program startup. You get that error message. I like TwistedBrush Pro Studio but Pixarra should be embarrassed to advertise Win 10 compatability but require a Windows API that has been deprecated as early as Windows Vista (what 2004-2007?). In Windows 10 the API is turned off. If you absolutely want to run this prog you have to go to Control Panel : Programs and Features : Turn Windows features on or off : Legacy Features : DirectPlayIs there Mac version?

TwistedBrush Pro Studio is Windows-only program.
It installed ok, but im getting a popup that says i need to upgrade. Says program is out of date.

If Windows is configured to not automatically install optional components an error may be reported as unable to start Win32DPNetGame. In this case you may need to manually enable the DirectPlay functionality of Windows.
Control panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Turn windows features on or off
