is the .zip file safe to open?
it is not mentioned in the installation instructions.your new hub installers won’t download anything on my 3g dongle.

I took lots of very useful free programs from SoS, thank you very much.
But since they started to use this “hub downloader”, I stopped immediatly.
Give us good old download links.

Why complicates so?
Why are no exact instructions enclosed to the offer?!
Without description all that is extremely confusing.
And why does this program need an internet connection in order to be able to launch it?
To me all that’s too opaque…
Therefore, I’ve uninstalled it immediately again.Cheers from Berlin:-(

I downloaded the new SOS hub and it gave me the zip file. I double clicked it…. nothing happened.
I checked my menu, my Programs folder, my desktop icons and applications folders…. nothing.
I visited the forum and noticed several people had the same problem – but no solution was sighted.

once you started using the hub down loader (which I do not like), you are loosing a lot of traffic. I will not download using a hub, I do not like having a program installed (temporary or permanent) on my PC, without my installing. as is, I have to do a search through my PC to find anything your hub has left behind. I do not know what your hub does besides download (apparently it does something more, it does install something), (what are you tracking on my PC) I do not like it. there is other free sites out there, they do not use a hub down loader. I did like this site.
