I didn’t expect much from this software because it’s rating was only 33% but I installed it anyway. Hey, it actually works and quite well for the predefined apps. I tried Winamp, Windows Media Player, VLC and Spotify. I’ll need some practice to control the remote desktop app.
I would really like an app for PlayOn. Specifically to delete an episode from my PC after watching it on my TV in another room. I could configure my own app for this but I will also ask the vendor to consider making an app for PlayOn.
I was unsuccessful at connecting my phone to the PC with Bluetooth but Wi-Fi connectivity worked after I unblocked port 58687 in my Vipre Advanced Security.
