[@MORD] Hi, error 201 means that the firewall may block the registration process. Please add VideoProc Converter as a trusted program or close your firewall.

[@shreyans] Seems that the license is incorrect or the email address format is invalid. It’s highly recommended to copy your license code and paste it into the registration window.
Anyone else have this bug? All downloads stop at 68% on the display but it’s actually continuing. Even when completed the file never leaves the TEMP folder. If I wait long enough I can check the temp.mp4 file to see if it plays through. Then I can move it and rename it. I scrapped quite a few downloads before I discovered what was going on.
I just learned something. This bug may be limited to certain websites because I was thrilled to have just completed a download in normal fashion from a different website.
