Chances are the services server detected you were using illegal downloading software so throttled your connection to dissuade from trying to steal their content and nothing to do with so called decryption VidFab was waffling about… these downloaders are EASY to detect serverside as they request media files in a completely different order to legitimate web-browsers just viewing the sound and video and adverts.
