Just rename the installer from vopt.exe to vopt-setup.exe
The installer is checking if an older version is running but it finds itself.
A rather good defragmentor, small and unlike O&O does not install a background service

Back in the DOS days this was the very best defrag utility and I purchased a license from Golden Bow.
