Even the free version is an excellent video editor. Get used to its tools and it is very powerful. I’m currently editing two long (2 hr) videos. Converts output well also, quickly and easily.

How to get the “VSDC Video Editor Help User Manual”? The product page said that the Manual is usally sent only to PRO users with the registration key. Here is PRO version, and how can I get the Manual (if it is possible)?

For a free video editor that does not limit you to non-commercial use, I recommend Blackmagic Davinci Resolve 18, available for Windows, Mac, Linux, and iPadOS.

I had a previous registered version of the VSDC Video Editor PRO v.7.1.9.421. I uninstalled it as requested in the installation. I downloaded and installed the updated version of v.8.1.1.450 through Shareware.
I rebooted my computer, closed and reopened the newly installed version which says it is “Licensed to SharewareOnSale”.

When I go to ‘Activation’ and hover over ‘Activate’ it is grayed out and I can not insert the Activation Key sent to me by Shareware. As it states in the directions, “Download and install VSDC Video Editor PRO and then register it with your license key. You can register by going to ACTIVATION -> ACTIVATE from within the program.”

I carefully read all the directions and am not doing anything differently than directed and am not sure it is automatically activated, but I can not insert that activation key sent to me.

Please help. Advise?

Very good soft. Export formats are better than at DaVinci, and works on weak computers. Great features. Thanks!
