It seems to become trial for 30 days for the first time? why?
I have just installed this software on my computer. It says the subscription period will expire in 26 days…! Is that correct?

Hi! The program today is 23.07.2017. I installed it, after scanning, it said the program has expired, buy another license. What to do? 5 minutes gift? Please write something.
I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere 2019 march 31 and wanted to test the antivirus program for 6 months. (This is a 3-computer 6-month license). After 3.5 months I was notified: Protection expiring soon (today 10 days).
I contacted Webroot and got the answer:
“That website is not associated with us. They are not authorized to provide you with our product at all. We do not have any agreement with them.Thanks The Webroot Support Team”
It worked just fine with the “already pre-registered for the subscription period” for 3.5 months.
Now I will uninstall the program.I am having nothing but problems with this. I downloaded and activated it this evening and only got to scan it once and it’s telling me the subscription is expired already….. This is the first time I have ever used this so I have never had it on my computer before. Is anyone else having this problem as well and have any suggestions on what I do so I can actually use it. Thank you very much for any help

Install using your installer. Subscription expired. What should I do?
After installing, uninstalling, reinstalling Webroot SecureAnywhere again, it did a scan and after that the status is still “Protection disabled (Subscription expired)”. What to do to fix it?
