My copy still ask for a License Key, can’t use it

This is so useless… Say need a License Key, register in the webpage of this program and NOTHING. No license key and nothing. Nice.
Alright, I give up!
I have spent over an hour trying to get either a license or the promised automatic registration for this software. I have registered on the web site, and reinstalled the program multiple times, and I cannot get the needed license in order to complete the installation. My account says there is nothing registered, and no email was ever received.
I cannot get past the dialog box requesting the number.
This is the first program from SOS that I’ve had which has not installed as advertised, or more correctly, will not install at all! What a disappointment, I was looking forward to trying it out.
I was able to install and use the programm only by creating an account directly from WebSite X5’s website and by manually requesting the license key from WebSite X5’s website (use the links provided in the DIRECTIONS).
However I cannot find the 150 free templates, only a very small amount are available within the programm. Where are they please?
Is this a e-mail harvesting scam? does someone has successfully registered the program without creating an account on website5x?

Impossible to obtain password even registering account and entering necessary website via the account. RidiculoyusGuys, guys, guys calm down… It did work for me.

Step 2) Confirm your e-mail by clicking on the link that will be sent in your inbox to the e-mail that you have provided
Step 3) Request license key here: http://www.websitex5.com/magazine/shareware200start13
Step 4) Use your e-mail and supplied key to install programNothing works to register or get a licence key. A program that acts like this when installing who would want to work with that?
failed to deliver license key – sent me to a web site that was inaccesible. Error message said something about a bad DNS. I’ll pass. uninstall.
