when i install the program it asks for a key code and an e-mail but i have not got a key.

Same as above and at Account-Personal information is state Account pending approval. After click on this
All newly registered users are set as “pending approval” until a licence is activated or the Incomedia Staff approves the account. Only the Incomedia Staff can see the messages during the ”pending approval” phase.
I have created an account for the site and then downloaded the program.
On installation it uses my email correctly but then asks for a multi digit key code.
Please advise what this keycode is.same here asking for key
