downloaded, installed and registered an account. When trying to sign into the account after installing it keeps giving the error… no api connectivity (code 1) . Whats the point when you cant even sign in to the vpn account let alone connect to the web. useless

You probably claimed it during registration and then tried to use it again by clicking “Claim Voucher” button.

The installation ran quickly and well (Win 8.1).
Unfortunately, the programme cannot be opened:“…hmm, are you shure this is correct?”
“…Sorry, seems like it’s wrong again.”
“…hmm, try reseting your password!”Nevertheless, the password is same like in my account?
There it functions perfectly.
How can the problem be solved?
