I installed Registry Cleaner and ran it from the ‘launch’ option when it finished. It scanned my system and is now asking for a license key before it will finish running. I thought that the program was automatically registered? What’s going on?

Question 1- I have Wise Registry Cleaner (v. 9.6) from an older give away. Can this version (v. 10.2) be installed over the older version, or should I uninstall the older version.

Question 2 – does the answer to Question 1 apply in general to other softwares?

You can install this one to overwrite old version (v9.6), you don’t need to uninstall the older version.
Other software, if you mean wisecleaner products, yes, you can install the latest version to overwrite older version directly.

I’m not able to knstall Wise Registry Cleaner. It appears the download is o.k. because I see it in my Downloads folder. However, I keep getting the following error message: Download Hub cannot download file.

I’m running Windows 10 and my network connection is fine plus I closed my firewall and antivirus. I click manual download but nothing happens.

Any suggestions.
