“Register code is error” that’s the message I’m getting and so apparently everyone else too
Install and registration went Ok. I tried to import a simple Word 2013 .docx several times and got this message:
It didn’t install with Word 2013 on Windows 10 (error during the Word’s extension installation phase).
Installed and registerd correctly with Word 2010 on Windows 7
This forum is a disaster. There is no way to preview before posting. There is no way to edit after posting. There is no way to delete a post. So, here is another attempt to post my message.
Install and registration of WordMate went Ok. I tried to import a simple Word 2013 .docx several times and got this message:
code error, not good code to activate
It says “register code is error!”
It says “register code is error!”
This is third attempt and if this doesn’t work I will quit.

I’ve downloaded and installed the software, but the registration information seems to have a problem as it will not register. I’d appreciate help to get it registered.
