This is the second Beta Testing Program that Zemana has run in this Country, and zhaving participated in that Beta Program (for their AntiMalware program), I welcomed the chance to sign-up for this Beta Program. My positive review of these programs stems from three main experiences:

    1) There were relatively few bugs or problems on my occasionally temperamental computers.
    2) When there were bugs, they responded immediately, they even ‘came over’ once (remote assistance) to find and fix the problem.
    3) They replied to every communication – whether problem or suggestion – in a timely and responsive manner.

That’s as good as it gets for (especially) a Beta Program.

    Regards,

Hello, it’s been a week now that I cannot download any offers using the SOS downloader, it says “Setup can’t download installation files. Program will terminate. Please try again.”
I’ve halted my antivirus and any other security related programs and also tried to run it as administrator and nothing…!
    Can anybody help????
    Thank you.

Thank you so very much for this Lifetime license for the Zemana Antilogger program. I have used this for
many years and I can honestly say that it is one of only a handful of programs that I have come to rely on
to keep my computer safe. Plus I really enjoy becoming involved in Beta programs and watching the evolution
    of great software.

So they get me signed up to their group, then they get my email address, oh but when I hit send this is what I get!!! BOOOOOO!!!!!!

502 – Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

Now I have to go unsign and unjoin the group.

I can understand that offering software for free may be part of a deal where our computers are the ‘guinea pigs’ for beta versions, but the non-disclosure of this fact until after we’d initiated the downloading process is not good practice.

I also agree with the points about uninstalling it, why is it so difficult? Maybe it could be claimed that this is to stop the trojans etc it is supposedly defending us from, from uninstalling Zemana? As mentioned Revo, or todays freebie – Soft Organiser, both find it and will uninstall it and other traces that Windows weaker program uninstaller won’t.

I have tried Zemana AntiLogger out, the initial scan found a few threats – all are other perfectly safe security softwares that I’ve had for years. If it is supposed to work fine with ther antivirus software I don’t know why it wants to kick software of that was made by Javacool – SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard etc – that has been regarded as safe for many years, does Zemana not like rivals?

I’m still very much on the fence regarding this software, I’ve been aware of it for some years and repeatedly seen various concerns raised about it. A review here mentions regular updates, reviews elsewhere question why it doesn’t update very often.

It feel like it should be installed in a sandbox to prevent it doing anything untoward, yet that would defeat the point of it. In conclusion I think that the developers need to be more open about what it does, and how and why it does this.

Zemana Antilogger (& Antimalware) are great products supposed to be of Turkish origin.
When used with PeerBlock, I had already found frequent contacts to the USA.
When I introduce the single address of their website in software “OpenVisualTraceroute” I find myself in Redmond (I’m using Firefox with Startpage) via an unknown site in North America.
Often free have a price at the level of privacy?
