Angry Hangup is a notification application designed to mimic the slam and dial tone of a landline phone. Once the application is running it is designed to idle in the notification bar until you want to Hangup Angrily on someone. Then you simply touch the Angry Hangup notification to play the sound and terminate the phone call.

Currently 2 Modes:
Normal - Plays the short Angry Hangup sound and then disconnects the connection. Intent is to confirm you hung up the phone.
Angry – Plays the entire Angry Hangup sound and then disconnects the connection. Intent is to hang up angrily on someone.

Permissions explained:
-Must be able to detect an ongoing phone call to terminate the connection.
-Must be able to adjust audio settings.

IMPORTANT: Due to the limitations imposed by the Android operating system, this app is designed to play sound out of the phone speaker in order for the phone’s microphone to pick up the sound. Because of this the person on the other end of the line may not hear the sound being played by the application. In order for the person on the opposite end of the connection to hear the Angry Hangup, the speaker and microphone must not be on opposite sides of the phone. Angry Hangup has been successfully tested on several Samsung Galaxy devices including Galaxy S5. The Android update that was released on 11-19-14 version G900PVPU1ANK4 disables the ability for the person on the opposite end of the connection to hear the Angry Hangup.

Troubleshooting Tips for Angry Hangup:
- Locate your speaker and microphone locations.
- Make sure you are not blocking your speaker with your hand.
- Try to set phone down on a hard surface.
- Adjust volume (it may be too loud or too low).
