You cannot download folders. You can only download individual files. They don’t know when they will fix it.
There is no desktop application on computer. They are no longer going to give desktop application support. The option to keep your safety copy automatically updated cannot work either.
Online, and not on your page, you can get the old desktop application that is worth it.
Nor have they updated the help of pre-existing questions to the current situation.
