O ITS 2016 nasceu da necessidade que observo no profissional do direito (concurseiros, advogados, juízes, servidores, promotores, defensores, etc) de estar sempre atualizado com a jurisprudência mais recente dos tribunais superiores e também com as constantes inovações legislativas. O novo CPC majorou essa necessidade.

Essa leitura informativa é uma condição de sobrevivência, atualmente, para o exercício do direito. Todavia, nem sempre a correria do dia a dia permite ao profissional aquietar-se para fazer a leitura do longo informativo de jurisprudência do STF e STJ. Porém se você for lendo aos poucos ao longo da semana, de forma organizada e otimizada, por meio do aparelho na palma de sua mão, é possível ficar sempre atualizado.

O ITS 2016 fornecerá ao longo do ano de 2016, todos os julgados noticiados nos informativos de jurisprudência do STF e STJ. Todo o conteúdo do informativo será fornecido. Apenas, a parte das transcrições (onde há o inteiro teor de algum voto), no caso do inf. do STF, devido à sua extensão e finalidade voltada para o estudo, não comporá o conteúdo do app. Porém as ementas insertas no informativos do STF também serão incluídas.

Todo os julgados estão divididos conforme o ramo jurídico. Os julgados submetidos ao rito dos recursos repetitivos também ganharam um espaço próprio, assim como o item atualização legislativa e novas súmulas. Outras notícias fora do dos informativos não serão incluídas, salvo alguma relevante.
