Der er i alt over 1 times guidede meditationer, fordelt på 5 enkelte meditationer, hvor Allan, på dansk, guider dig igennem hele forløbet. Følgende meditationer følger med App'en:

Ud over de guidede meditationer, er der også mulighed for simple, stille meditationer, kun med meditationsklokker i starten og slutningen. Disse meditationer findes i flere tidsintervaller og er fleksible, da det er muligt selv at bestemme det præcise tidsinterval.
Ud over meditationerne indeholder App'en også læsestof om mindfulness, samt en oversigt og beskrivelse af de 7 grundholdninger inde for mindfulness.
