    Hello
Install is ok but no way to register.
The software always tells me that the serial number is already in use on another computer.

    [@Auerbach] Try http://sharewareonsale.com/downloads/tbh-installer-offline.exe

[@Carl S] Try running CCleaner and cleaning your registry/computer. Be sure to make a backup of your data and registry, in case something goes wrong.

Was unable to test. Install kept detecting previous trial version of Easeus Todo Workstation even though it had been removed and their removal tool used. It kept saying I needed to reboot after uninstall even though it’s been rebooted several times.

I downloaded and unzipped the file, but the installer freezes. Windows task manager reports it as “not responding.” I downloaded the file a second time here, and once from GOTD, with the same result. My system is Windows 7, 64 bit.

Hi, I just downloaded and ran the installer, but it’s stuck at 0%. It says it’s downloading, but it doesn’t seem to be downloading.

Was excited to see this but the snapshot feature is unresponsive for me, so sadly I uninstalled.

I too found the the key in my Gmail spam folder. I really like this program.

I really appreciate the opportunity to get EaseUS Todo Backup Home. I’ve been needing a backup program for longer than I care to admit.

Using the program is pretty easy to understand. BUT — in setting it up to back up specific files, I unknowingly set up two tasks to back up entire directories. The program allows one to delete the backup(s), but how does one delete the task(s)? The help file is no help; the forum on the website is no help, and Uncle Google is no help.

    Help!

It appears they’re sending the same serial key to everyone. Do a Google search on your serial key and you’ll see it’s been listed on other sites already.

Just checked my Gmail account and the key was in the spam folder. According to Google:
“We’ve found that lots of messages from mxcloud.sohu.com are spam”

The reply to address wasn’t Easeus but :sendcloud@mxcloud.sohu.com”.

Ashraf, would it be possible to add edit ability so that a previous message could be adjusted within a 15 minute window, and could you use a darker font for the comments. I can sometimes barely see what I’m typing.

    Thanks for the free offers!

[@Hilary Elder] Glad you liked it!

[@tfawley] Yeah, I’m getting quite the amount of requests for Hotmail people who aren’t getting it. Wonder why.

[@Wareitwell] I believe you can restore to a different drive on the same computer but not to a different computer. Don’t quote me on that, though.

Sorry I didn’t provide the link to the Easus comparison chart in the last post:

Based on the chart here, only the workstation version will restore to a different drive. Is it correct that this version must restore to the same drive after it’s wiped or to a different drive that’s the same model?

Apparently you can’t get the key if you use a hotmail address. Went to my Gmail account with no problem.

Been using this program (bought it) for some time after Acronis crashed for the umpteenth time (had the same problem with versions 2011, 2012 and the 2013 they gave me for free because of the problems I had with 2012 that they could not sort out; though, to be fair, had no issues with version 2010). It does it’s job really well in the background, is not usage heavy and actually works! Not quite the options available with Acronis but at least it works and I have a backup and recovery tools should I need them.
