Description

Die fünfte Auflage 2016 der IG NORD Algorithmen steht bereit. Die von der ILCOR-Konferenz im Herbst 2015 veranlassten Änderungen wurden übernommen und weitere Erkenntnisse aus Medizin und Organisation sind eingeflossen. Umgestaltet wurde das Kapitel der speziellen Intoxikationen. Neu aufgenommen sind die Algorithmen Rauchgasinhalation und nichtinvasive Beatmung NIV.

Wir haben wiederum einen Leitfaden erarbeitet, welcher die Rettungssanitäter bei ihrer Arbeit unterstützt, aber auch für speziell ausgebildetes Personal (Notärzte, Anästhesie- und Notfall-Fachpflege) eine Handlungsgrundlage bietet. Erweiterte Kompetenzen (oder Handlungen auf direkte Anweisung eines Arztes) sind in den Algorithmen rot gekennzeichnet.

Anregungen unserer Benutzer sind erwünscht und fliessen wie schon in der Vergangenheit in weitere Auflagen ein.

Jeder Rettungsdienst muss die Kompetenzen für seine Mitarbeiter individuell regeln und autorisieren: Kenntnisse über Indikation, Kontraindikationen, Dosierung, Nebenwirkungen und Applikationsart der erwähnten Medikamente werden vorausgesetzt.

Die IG NORD lehnt jede Haftung im Zusammenhang mit dem Gebrauch dieser Algorithmen ab.
