[@hg] When did this start? I have been using Sticky Password more than 10 years. In addition to it being an excellent password manager it has been my experience that their customer support staff has been very quick to respond to any questions or issues I bring to them.
I haven’t had a need to contact them directly lately though as they answer my questions when they participate in the free trials of their program on sites like Sharewareonsale.
