After starting and registring the program I loaded a (jpg) picture and got the following message “Exception occurred unable to open the file”
Trying with the sample pictures I get the same message.
Any suggestions?Same as with Urban Quintus above. Clicking the preview button stalls the software. Nothing else than exit possible afterwards
The same for me, one click on preview and after a short time the program is finished

The program also stalls out for me. Regardless of the photo being previewed (including the sample files), the software stops at 99%. If I click the Stop” button, the program stops responding and I need to use another option to close the program.
The program crashes every time I try. It gets to 99% & then after a few moments it crashes.
I have not received a license key.
Can’t get it to work I keep getting an error… exception occurred can’t open file I have tried it on 2 different computers and no luck Anybody having any luck getting it to work?

Have written to the company. Wonder if I get a reply.

I uninstall this software from my computer.
Sorry!Just for kids, tryied load with RAW image, but no RAW support. Uninstalled after one minute.
