A pain-in-the-ass registration system. Again.
i have been waiting since 2 hours for registration key to arrive.
i agree with HarFanGI wish there was a way to change the website and e-mails they send to ENGLISH.
No registration key
Have registered twice today (many hours ago) and not had a registration through.
What do I like about this software? Answer……zero, nothing, get this …something is missing…it’s called asleep at the wheel.
Having learned about the problems which most users have reported while attempting to register this zero zero disk image program, I have decided to happily refrain from downloading and installing this giveaway.
I’d rather stick to a proven and undisputed winner- the Macrium Reflect, which allows you to image or clone your disk. And do I need to mention that it does it for FREE?I’ve sampled Macrium, which seems like one of the proven winners in this category, along with Shadow Protect (which may go by another name these days, which momentarily eludes me), and what has long been my regular ‘Go To’ choice, Acronis TI. The big unresolved issue for me remains cloning a boot drive to different and dissimilar hardware. There are some major “Gotchas” along the way, when it comes to having the end result boot up successfully for Windows, in its new home. What I’ve encountered by way of supposed solutions involves pouring through MANY pages worth of complicated instructions. And I haven’t gotten through that yet, so I’m STILL looking for a good answer.
The second major problem involves the damned UEFI security roadblocks. You can’t boot up your imaging tool from external media without revising key BIOS settings. You will run into some dire manufacturer warnings about doing this. When you are done imaging / cloning / restoring, you will need to revert those hardware settings back to the way they were. This is mainly a factor with hardware of the last several years, but I have to deal with that for some computers.
If you have some great ideas on these particular issues, I’d love to hear them !
Its bootable media only goes at 800×600 screen resolution and doesn’t work in my decacde old old 64-bit W7 HPE SP1. I had to downgrade back to v14.6 b419. :(
License delayed by about 30 minutes. Better than most similar cases. — DO NOT ALLOW UPGRADES! O&O presented several screens about updating. When the update installed, the program would no longer start.
Too many hurdles to jump to get the stupid license. Tried it twice to make work by installing and uninstalling. It is a waste of time. DUMPED IT.
As usual, a pain in the ass to register. In addition to having to go to their register page ( in german) & translate it & then wait for multiple emails ( in german with no way to translate) I got the lic code. Even being an experienced user I kept getting errors. I almost gave up, but looked 1 more time. For me, the key was to use my [email protected] as both the name AND the firm – lol. Even their instructions say that may or may not work – a big joke for a tech company.

I thought I was the only one to not get a registration key, until I came to this site! I’ve tried everything you listed, hoping one of them would work. None did. What else can I do?
