Hi,
And I hang my head in shame……I entered the wrongly spelled email address during the registration process….what should I do? Uninstall, reinstall and use the correct email address? I have a registered account…I do apologize for the misspelling.
Any chance of a response on how to register and obtain a license before this offer expires?
I have not received an email with confirmation as described in the directions. How do I get this email?
I followed the instructions as provided and am using the chrome browser on Windows 10 Home.

I have downloaded Ashampoo Home Design 7 several times and it always fails to install. It gets about one quarter installed before it stops and says file cannot be found for the intall to continue. It gives choices to try again, ignore or cancel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can not get the program to open. Starts but get a notification website can’t be reached.
After the same failure listed by others above, I had one heck of a time trying to delete it from my system. Even Ashampoo Winoptumizer could not “destroy” it.
I had high hopes, as I’ve liked the previous versions.
I keep getting the message that application was terminated. I only installed on one computer and uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same message. Below is what the log file shows. Can you help?
