As usual Ashraf has left the default system requirements on his giveaway page template.
From Vovsoft website page on this product:
“Supports: Windows Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista (32-bit & 64-bit)”
I have tested it under 32bit Vista and it works fine.
