Junebug's Shapes Colors Numbers is an edutainment (educational and entertaining) game with the goal of teaching you well... shapes, colors, and numbers!
The game involves shapes bouncing around the screen, and you tap the shapes to pop them. A voice may narrate the shape that was popped and text may appear that is the shape's name, color, or number of popped objects.
LESSON MODE
This is a short introduction to all the shapes, colors, and counting up to 10. On each new shape, color, or number, there is a moment where you need to pop the correct target to reinforce your learning. Chapter selection is available to focus on specific lessons.
CHALLENGE MODE
This mode challenges you to pick out the right shape, color, or number among quickly falling objects. Each difficulty varies the speed and amount you need to pop. There are also time options for different lengths of time needed to focus. Sticker stars are earned based on how well you do!
SANDBOX MODE
This mode allows you to choose what shapes and colors the shapes will be, the size of the shapes, and the amount of the shapes. There is a random button that randomizes these selections just for fun!
TILT AND EDGE-LESS OPTIONS (Sandbox Mode)
TILT: Lets you control movement of the shapes by tilting your device.
EDGE-LESS: Removes the boundaries on the edges of the device so they float and wrap around the edge of the screen.
Try turning both options on and see what happens!
FOCUSED LEARNING
In the options menu, you can select what voice or text will play/show upon popping the shape in Sandbox Mode, so you can focus on learning how you want to learn.
OFFLINE PLAY
There is no requirement for connection to the internet besides the first download. Play HOW and WHERE you want to play!
FAMILY LIBRARY
Have a Google family group? Pay for the game once, and play it anywhere on any device that's connected to your family group and that's compatible! (Look up Google Play Family Library for more details.)
