Flash card learning – duo includes a novel and completely customizable learning application. Make a deck of Flash Cards, either from one of the included phrase categories or by creating your own deck of cards to store words or phrases that you want to remember. Then test yourself regularly until you have mastered each one. Tap the card to flip it over and see the result on the other side.
You can add cards and delete them too and, each time you test yourself, the deck is shuffled for you before you start. duo uses the tried and trusted learning technique called Spaced Repetition, whereby if you answer correctly and tick the card, duo remembers this for the next time that you do the test. A tick on one side of the card removes that card from the deck for a few days, and a tick on both sides removes it for a week. This method of learning is proven to achieve the maximum long-term retention.
