GramorGuestA question: My setup is not on MBR HDD but gpt-OS drive (Win7x64) using Intel rapid start Technology with a small ssd-drive, will the program have any problems with that?

HorrabinGuestThe Terms and Conditions says, in part,
This is a 3-computer lifetime license
however on the Tenorshare website, the regular version that sells for $54.95 is listed as a 1-computer, 1-year subscription (“use it for only one year” vs “use it as long as you want” for the others). There’s no lifetime 3-computer version offered for purchase at any price.
The “subscription” part may refer to tech help, or not, but in any case the conflicting info makes unclear what happens in the event that you need to boot into a dead Windows 1 year and 1 day after installation, or want to upgrade this license to a newer version when one is available.DaveGuestI couple of years ago my computer crashed and would not boot up. Indications were a hard disk failure so I bought a new hard disk and copied the old HD to the new one. But the new one had the same problem because I had copied a corrupted Boot record. I took it to a repair shop and they could not fix the boot area. So they had to reinstall Windows for total labor cost of $125. It took me a week to get all my programs running again. If I had this giveaway I might have been able to fix the boot area on the new HD myself, saving the $125 and not having to reinstall Windows. I don’t know if that would have worked but I grabbed this program and created a recovery CD in case something happens again. Thanks for the giveaway.
DavidGuestNeither of the two DVDs I burnt is detected as bootable.
EFI Win 10 Pro. Is this meant to be EFI compatible?
I have other disks that do work.
ArtGuestI get the following message when I try to install Windows Boot Genius. I am running Windows 10 and using Avast. Any suggestions?
Download Hub cannot download file.
Please click ‘Try Again’ to try again or click ‘Manual Download’ to manually download the file.MikGuestUsing an XP desktop, burnt 3 discs (CDs), and none of those are bootable. Have set the BIOS correctly, but XP always boots. Then set just the DVD drive to boot, but after a few seconds the pc displays the “Insert correct media” error.
Advise please. Thank you.
Mik.
DavidGuestNot detected as bootable on an EFI Win 10 Pro laptop.
I have other boot disks that do work. Alas, this doesn’t – tried burning 2 disks.Stephen BennettGuestPlease, where is the downloaded installation file located so that I can, if need be, use it in future? I note that sometimes the SharewareOnSale download hub does not present the option as to where to download the setup file.
John A.GuestOn another site (BitsDuJour) Download users said in the fine print “After you purchase Tenorshare Windows Boot Genius it may be used for 12 months and will not function after that unless you renew your subscription.” I would like to know if the
same wording is the same for SharewearOnSale?eulalia fahrradklingelGuestPlease provide actual download links for software, not your undesirable “hub”.
Thanks, s.?.?.t.!Michael AGuestOnce the image file is burned to dvd/usb, can the program be
uninstalled? -
