Eigenüberwachung

Sie erhalten mit diesem Tool einen umfassenden Überblick über die erforderlichen Eigenüberwachungsprüfungen der nachfolgend aufgeführten Regelwerke. Die erforderliche Anzahl der entsprechenden Prüfungen wird nach Eingabe der entsprechenden Parameter automatisch berechnet.

Taupunktermittlung

Ermitteln Sie ganz einfach die Taupunkttemperatur durch Eingabe der Lufttemperatur und der Luftfeuchtigkeit.

Mindestnachbehandlungsdauer von Beton

Nach der Auswahl der Expositionsklassen, der Oberflächentemperatur und der Festigkeitsentwicklung des Betons erhalten Sie die Mindestnachbehandlungsdauer des Betons gemäß Tabelle 2 der DIN 1045-03:2008-08.

Ausschalfristen

Wählen Sie die Festigkeitsklasse des Betons sowie die Bauteiltemperatur bzw. die mittlere Lufttemperatur und dieses Tool ermittelt Ihnen die Ausschalfrist gemäß dem DBV-Merkblatt – Betonschalungen und Ausschalfristen.

Anwendungsbereiche der Rissfüllstoffe
Wählen Sie den Feuchtezustand der Füllbereiche sowie das Anwendungsziel und Sie bekommen die möglichen Rissbearbeitungsmaßnahmen angegeben. (Tabelle 6.3 der DAfStb-Richtlinie Schutz und Instandsetzung von Betonbauteilen Ausgabe 2001).

Witterungsbedingungen
Erhalten Sie ganz schnell einen Überblick über die Anforderungen an die Witterungsbedingungen bei zementgebundenen Stoffen (auch mit Kunststoffzusatz) und kunststoffgebundenen Stoffen gemäß Tabelle 2.2 der DAfStb-Richtlinie Schutz und Instandsetzung von Betonbauteilen Ausgabe 2001.

Sollschichtdicke von Oberflächenschutzsystemen
Nach der Eingabe der Mindestschichtdicke gemäß den Angaben zur Ausführung, der ermittelten Rauhtiefe und dem Oberflächenschutzsystem ermittelt dieses Tool die Sollschichtdicke gemäß Tabelle 5.2 der DAfStb-Richtlinie Schutz und Instandsetzung von Betonbauteilen Ausgabe 2001.

Taupunktermittlung

Easily determine the dew point by entering the air temperature and humidity.

Minimum follow up of concrete

After selecting the exposure classes, the surface temperature and the strength development of concrete to get the minimum treatment duration of concrete according to Table 2 of DIN 1045-03: 2008-08.

Striking

Choose the strength class of the concrete and the component temperature and the mean air temperature and this tool will determine the Ausschalfrist according to the DBV - Concrete Formwork and formwork removal.
