Have tried installing multiple times. And although I “should see a new tab for POWER-USER”, it doesn’t appear in either Word 2007 or Excel 2007. Based on other comments, I turned off Windows Defender and tried to reinstall and it still didn’t work. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
