There are heavy issues on Windows 10, because windows Defender blocks some .dll.I have installed a Power-user add-ins but in Excel, it’s not showing. Could you help me if you? Thanks
Have tried installing multiple times. And although I “should see a new tab for POWER-USER”, it doesn’t appear in either Word 2007 or Excel 2007. Based on other comments, I turned off Windows Defender and tried to reinstall and it still didn’t work. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
the “Power user” tab for Windows 7×32 does not appear. Office language – Russian

I can’t even find it i have windows 10 i can click on exel or any windows software but i have to sign in with Microsoft. I have looked on my desktop left side programs i don’t see it
Guy! the first pop up is for e-mail address not for serial no. so u have to type your e-mail twice.

Word 2010 doesn’t respond when trying to enter license and if I try to use the program it locks up. I get a pop-up that says”Word experienced a serious problem with the ‘power-user’ add-in. This add-in is incompatible with Data Execution Prevention mode and should be disabled or upgraded to the latest version. Do you wish to disable this add-in from loading?” Yes- I did reboot to test and does the same thing.
A license key is provided, but when you follow the directions to activate, the software asks for an email address – not a license key. Input your email address and activation fails. There is no place to input the actual license key. Uninstalled. Waste of time.

[@Guido76] The software is in English yes, but it does work with Office in French.
As for Outlook, the software is using your default messaging application.
