Email and confirmation are not the same “Yep: big fail like everyone else. Need a matched email address to use the license key. Tried my own, and several guesses, but no luck.
Disappointing, because the SharewareOnSale team are usually right on top of this stuff!
Please advise ASAP.

I don’t use Outlook, this software stubbornly wants to use Outlook!

Come on, I’m uninstalling this “gas factory” gadget, everything is in English, 9 out of 10 chances that it won’t work with Office in French.I get this on opening excel. Tried running installer as administrator with no luck.

[@haron79] Can you create a ticket and provide some details / a screenshot of your issue? We need more information if we are to address this
[@AnAceBuyer] It looks like you provided you email + key on the first screen, while the screen is actually asking you to provide your email address TWICE to confirm it. Your key will be requested on the next screen.
[@AnAceBuyer] Please read the screen, it is asking you to confirm your email and you are providing your license key instead. There is also a notification telling you that the email confirmation is not matching the email!
