This is a great program. I’ve been using it since 2012, so I was thrilled to get a free upgraded version from SOS.
BUT when I downloaded it, my anti-virus (Microsoft Security Essentials- MSE) declared it CONTAINED a virus and automatically deleted it. I disabled MSE and re-downloaded the Anvir Task Manager again and installed it. This replaced my previous AVTM. But when I turned MSE back on and ran the program, it registered as a virus and deleted it.
So I now have lost my older version of AVTM and can’t install and use the current one.
HELP
Same for me and uninstalled. Mentioned this in the contact routine by the developer. Will see if they respond. If Defender caught it, it must be really bad ;)
