This is just sets of lightroom presets, not something usable in many different graphics packages. Not sure why SOS description did not mention WHAT they were?
There is no program. Rather, they are tools divided into folders, similar to documents that cannot be opened.
The question is:
How do we open them?
And how do we use them?
