I followed the directions provided in the “Download is ready: ABZU | Oct 14, 2020” email message I received from you yesterday: I installed the Epic Games base and created an account using the same e-mail address. I then opened the promotional page from the same email, but the only occurrence of the word “Get” (the message says to “click the GET button”) is in the “GET EPIC GAMES” link, which does not order the ABZU game. The “Buy Now” button shows $19.99, as does the resulting page if I click on it. How do I get the game on this promotion?
