I previously had Advanced System Care Pro 9 but it expired less than a week ago. I downloaded this, then uninstalled my original file. Then once it’s downloaded and I press install, it starts but then I get the error
“Advanced System Care Ultimate download failed. Please set the proxy and try again.”
I’ve never had this error in the years I have been installing and updating. Got any suggestions?Auto download and alternative download both fail to install and halt on attempting to connect to the internet.

Got the free install for 30 days for ASC Ultimate 9. The deal says that it can be purchased for $14.95, but I am getting a request to purchase for $29.95 for 3 computers. I don’t need it for 3 computers, just the single computer that I am using.
I have the same problem with the proxy server. I don’t have a proxy server but in the beginning it asks me to set the proxy. I already have the activation code but the offer will expire and I already uninstalled my ASC 9 pro!
I got the proxy server thingy too. No joy. I uninstalled this, went to download.com and looked for Iobit Advanced System Care Ultimate. I downloaded it and installed it. I clicked activate code, and entered the Shareware on Sale code I got in my email. Bazinga! It’s activated.
