I put in the given key for this promotion, and get the following error message: “Wrong Key. Please enter correct Key or Contact AKick Total Security Support Centre.” What is the problem?

Malwarebytes 2 detects the Akick installer (with digital signature of AKick Software) as malwares and http://www.akick.com web site as source of malware.

The quality and effectiveness of security software is something that the average user cannot judge, so he has to rely on external ratings. I have never seen any comparison of AKick against more common solutions from Avast, Avira, AVG – and many others – which all offer free solutions. Why should I take the risk and try something new without knowing if it’s at least as good as Avast, Avira, AVG etc.?
