I am not receiving the registration key email. It’s not in my spam folder.
Each time I click on the shareware special address, Malware Bytes flashes a trojan warning. I have tried 3 times, but have decided to heed the warning, not worth the risk i.m.o.
Same as Brian above. I disabled all antivirus and still don’t get the page needed for registration. Please fix.
I didn’t receive any registration key by email. And It’s not in my spam folder, too.
What can be the reason ?Ok got the registration key using MS Edge, it won’t work in Chrome. However, upon opening the license dialog box does not come up to enter the key. So now what?

rubbishLook for two (2) email. First one from XenArmor News. Open and follow instruction. Then, look in your email list again. You might/will see a new email from XenArmor. If you followed the instruction of the fist email, this email will have two steps. Step 1 is THE software download. DO IT! Don’t say “But…”, just effing do it.
Now comes Step 2. Step 2 has your key code. Copy and Paste this into the slot of the Installed program’s requesting activastion site. See if that solves the problem.

I cannot find my serial :(I also never received a key to this program. Please send it again. I checked my spam and my trash folder and it’s in none of the places it might be.
JudyFYI, I waited for about an hour and never received the verification email. Then I realized that I had once tried an older version and that perhaps, they may have some mechanism in place to block previously used email addresses. I then tried with a different address and the verification email came almost instantly with the second one following.
Point being, if you had tried this before and are not getting the new license key email, try a different address.
I have no time to try it now so can’t give an opinion on how it works.
