Can this app download videos from a YouTube playlist which does not belong to my own channel? Can it be done without YouTube premium account?

when i click on the link i get message saying this exe cant be downloaded ?
I have been using this program ever since it was first offered free here. I then purchased a life-time license and I continue to get the updates. This program can download directly from the website that your computer is set at; and if it doesn’t, you simply press the record button to enable a box to be put around the screen where you want to record. I have had not trouble with this program. However if it doesn’t record the video you want, then there are settings in that particular website I think that stop it. Try it and you will like it.
I have installed the demo version and followed the guide on their website (Home > How To > YouTube Playlist Downloader).
It does not work. When starting the download, the program opens a window and asks for username and password. It does not say for what account, but I guess it is for YouTube premium (about € 13 / month).Can this app download videos from a YouTube playlist which does not belong to my own channel? Can it be done without YouTube premium account?

It is not downloaded automatically or manually
Your link doesn’t connect to the exc. file.
It’s a useful product, even though it doesn’t work with all sites.
Today’s download link goes to the product purchase page. You have to click “Download” on that page to get the actual exe file download, which does register with the provided key.
Whenever I press the download link nothing happens,
it doesn’t redirect me, or give me any error messages, doesn’t update the page, or make any noticeable changes.
Is there another way I can try to download the software ??
I really don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to try this softwareThanks for the head-up on this Felix!👍
